*Can be played on repeat throughout the day and night for a few days at least. When we start clearing these inorganic energies there is usually a backlog of them from different events of our lives throughout all time and space. Depending upon where one is in their individual journey it can take a few hrs or a few days for all of this to be cleared from them, their house, their lineage, their past lives, their Akashic and Eckashic records, etc. It is recommended during the initial days to play it in your surrounding as much as possible. It’s fine if you don’t always listen to it or stay around it. What’s important is to keep clearing the backlog of unresolved shadows and energies in your surroundings and fields for it to be a graceful process. As always follow what resonates with you and experiment with the process in the way that supports you the most.
